疫情過後,學校要做好教學銜接,需要係統謀劃、妥善推進,筆者認為,做好銜接需要把握好“兩設立,一推進”。
首先要設立“緩衝期”和“銜接期”。疫情的不斷反複導致今年春季學期支離破碎,學生難免會對校園、老lao師shi和he同tong學xue產chan生sheng一yi些xie陌mo生sheng感gan。所suo以yi秋qiu季ji學xue期qi開kai學xue後hou需xu要yao設she立li緩huan衝chong期qi,讓rang這zhe種zhong陌mo生sheng變bian為wei熟shu悉xi,為wei後hou續xu的de學xue習xi和he生sheng活huo奠dian定ding心xin理li基ji礎chu。另ling外wai,不bu少shao學xue生sheng也ye可ke能neng會hui產chan生sheng脫tuo節jie感gan,感gan到dao學xue習xi、shenghuoyuyuanxianguidaotuojie,suoyiyinggaishelixianjieqi,jiangyijingxingchengdetuojiebianweilianjie。xuexiaozaikaixuechushelihuanchongqihexianjieqi,youzhuyufupingxueshengqingxu,shitamennenggoushunlijinruxinxueqidexuexi。
其次要設立紅線,禁止“搶、趕、超”。秋qiu季ji學xue期qi剛gang開kai學xue,很hen多duo學xue校xiao已yi在zai搖yao旗qi呐na喊han,準zhun備bei大da幹gan一yi場chang。學xue校xiao這zhe種zhong心xin情qing可ke以yi理li解jie,畢bi竟jing學xue生sheng春chun季ji學xue期qi的de在zai校xiao學xue習xi時shi間jian被bei嚴yan重zhong壓ya縮suo,但dan這zhe不bu能neng成cheng為wei學xue校xiao加jia班ban加jia點dian、不顧規律、趕超教學的理由。今年5月,教育部曾就如何加強線上教學與線下教學的銜接舉行了發布會,明確提出中小學複課,要堅決防止搶時間、趕進度、超chao容rong量liang的de一yi些xie不bu切qie實shi際ji的de做zuo法fa,不bu要yao給gei學xue生sheng造zao成cheng過guo重zhong的de心xin理li負fu擔dan和he學xue習xi壓ya力li。各ge地di教jiao育yu部bu門men要yao警jing惕ti並bing要yao設she立li紅hong線xian,加jia強qiang引yin導dao與yu管guan理li,嚴yan禁jin學xue校xiao搶qiang時shi間jian、趕進度、超容量的做法,以免給還處於適應期和過渡期的學生造成過重負擔和壓力。
此外,做好教學銜接還需要合理規劃、理性施為,通過推進“五部曲”實(shi)現(xian)教(jiao)學(xue)的(de)順(shun)利(li)過(guo)渡(du)與(yu)銜(xian)接(jie)。一(yi)是(shi)合(he)理(li)計(ji)劃(hua)。學(xue)校(xiao)教(jiao)育(yu)是(shi)一(yi)項(xiang)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)育(yu)人(ren)工(gong)程(cheng),學(xue)校(xiao)有(you)其(qi)育(yu)人(ren)製(zhi)度(du)與(yu)安(an)排(pai),但(dan)疫(yi)情(qing)帶(dai)來(lai)的(de)各(ge)種(zhong)影(ying)響(xiang)使(shi)得(de)秋(qiu)季(ji)學(xue)期(qi)不(bu)可(ke)能(neng)與(yu)原(yuan)來(lai)的(de)安(an)排(pai)完(wan)全(quan)一(yi)樣(yang)。為(wei)此(ci),學(xue)校(xiao)首(shou)先(xian)需(xu)要(yao)根(gen)據(ju)教(jiao)育(yu)管(guan)理(li)部(bu)門(men)的(de)安(an)排(pai)和(he)自(zi)身(shen)實(shi)際(ji),研(yan)究(jiu)製(zhi)定(ding)秋(qiu)季(ji)學(xue)期(qi)的(de)合(he)理(li)計(ji)劃(hua)。要(yao)根(gen)據(ju)新(xin)情(qing)況(kuang)、xinyingxiangzuohaogezhongkenengdeyuan,shixianxindejiaoyujiaoxuechangtai。ershixinlishudao。xuexiaoyaoquanmianlejiemeigexueshengdesixiangzhuangkuang,jishifaxianxueshenggezhongxinlibianhua,youzhenduixingdizuohaoxinlishudao,rangmeigexueshengdouyilianghaodejingshenzhuangtaitourukaixuehoudexuexi。sanshikangyijiaoyu。xinguanfeiyanyiqingduixueshengshenghuohexuexizaochenglejidayingxianghechongji,dantongshiyetigonglejihaodejiaoyuanli。xuexiaoyaojijikaizhankangyijiaoyu,yipujifangyizhishi、弘揚抗疫精神為主題,集中開展好“開學第一課”的(de)教(jiao)育(yu),提(ti)高(gao)學(xue)生(sheng)綜(zong)合(he)素(su)質(zhi),強(qiang)化(hua)學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)愛(ai)黨(dang)愛(ai)國(guo)愛(ai)人(ren)民(min)愛(ai)社(she)會(hui)主(zhu)義(yi)的(de)情(qing)懷(huai),要(yao)切(qie)實(shi)用(yong)好(hao)這(zhe)次(ci)抗(kang)疫(yi)的(de)契(qi)機(ji),加(jia)強(qiang)學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)思(si)想(xiang)品(pin)德(de)教(jiao)育(yu)。四(si)是(shi)精(jing)準(zhun)分(fen)析(xi)。學(xue)校(xiao)要(yao)對(dui)前(qian)段(duan)時(shi)間(jian)學(xue)生(sheng)居(ju)家(jia)學(xue)習(xi)情(qing)況(kuang)逐(zhu)一(yi)摸(mo)底(di)、診斷,區別不同年級、不同班級、不同學科的情況,精準掌握每個學生的具體學習情況,包括知識掌握、方(fang)法(fa)掌(zhang)握(wo)以(yi)及(ji)能(neng)力(li)掌(zhang)握(wo)等(deng)。分(fen)析(xi)要(yao)做(zuo)到(dao)精(jing)準(zhun),根(gen)據(ju)精(jing)準(zhun)的(de)分(fen)析(xi)結(jie)果(guo)開(kai)展(zhan)有(you)針(zhen)對(dui)性(xing)的(de)教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學(xue),讓(rang)教(jiao)學(xue)有(you)據(ju)可(ke)依(yi)。五(wu)是(shi)個(ge)別(bie)關(guan)注(zhu)。前(qian)一(yi)段(duan)時(shi)間(jian)的(de)居(ju)家(jia)學(xue)習(xi)客(ke)觀(guan)上(shang)放(fang)大(da)了(le)學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)各(ge)種(zhong)差(cha)異(yi),個(ge)別(bie)學(xue)生(sheng)在(zai)學(xue)習(xi)進(jin)度(du)、xinlijiankangdengfangmiankenenghuichuxianyixiewenti,ersuibanjiududehaizikenengchuxiandewentihuigengduo,xuexiaoyaogengjiaguanzhuguanaiteshuxueshengqunti,qieshizuohaogebiefudao,jueburangyigexueshengdiaodui。
