一、造成就業形勢嚴峻的因素
1.就(jiu)業(ye)總(zong)量(liang)供(gong)給(gei)減(jian)少(shao)。近(jin)年(nian)來(lai),經(jing)濟(ji)下(xia)滑(hua),企(qi)業(ye)運(yun)營(ying)麵(mian)臨(lin)壓(ya)力(li),不(bu)斷(duan)裁(cai)員(yuan),更(geng)多(duo)企(qi)業(ye)對(dui)未(wei)來(lai)經(jing)濟(ji)前(qian)景(jing)預(yu)期(qi)趨(qu)向(xiang)負(fu)麵(mian),投(tou)資(zi)也(ye)會(hui)縮(suo)減(jian),導(dao)致(zhi)招(zhao)聘(pin)需(xu)求(qiu)大(da)幅(fu)度(du)下(xia)滑(hua),在(zai)對(dui)未(wei)來(lai)市(shi)場(chang)環(huan)境(jing)預(yu)測(ce)不(bu)利(li)的(de)前(qian)提(ti)下(xia),社(she)會(hui)對(dui)畢(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)的(de)學(xue)曆(li)要(yao)求(qiu)越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)高(gao),很(hen)多(duo)企(qi)業(ye)為(wei)了(le)生(sheng)存(cun),采(cai)用(yong)“斷尾”的(de)方(fang)式(shi)求(qiu)生(sheng),即(ji)采(cai)用(yong)裁(cai)員(yuan)的(de)方(fang)式(shi)來(lai)削(xue)減(jian)成(cheng)本(ben)壓(ya)力(li),縮(suo)減(jian)校(xiao)招(zhao)名(ming)額(e)。在(zai)應(ying)屆(jie)生(sheng)求(qiu)職(zhi)數(shu)量(liang)遠(yuan)大(da)於(yu)招(zhao)聘(pin)數(shu)量(liang)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia),企(qi)業(ye)會(hui)抬(tai)高(gao)門(men)檻(kan),例(li)如(ru)抬(tai)高(gao)學(xue)曆(li)要(yao)求(qiu)、學校要求,去篩選更合適的人選,更願意聘用“熟手”,以降低培養成本。
2.考(kao)研(yan)熱(re)現(xian)象(xiang)。很(hen)多(duo)大(da)學(xue)生(sheng)在(zai)畢(bi)業(ye)後(hou)都(dou)找(zhao)不(bu)到(dao)合(he)適(shi)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo),因(yin)此(ci)參(can)加(jia)考(kao)研(yan)的(de)學(xue)生(sheng)越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)多(duo),期(qi)盼(pan)通(tong)過(guo)考(kao)研(yan)提(ti)高(gao)自(zi)己(ji)的(de)學(xue)曆(li),為(wei)自(zi)己(ji)在(zai)就(jiu)業(ye)市(shi)場(chang)上(shang)增(zeng)加(jia)優(you)勢(shi)。就(jiu)業(ye)競(jing)爭(zheng)越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)激(ji)烈(lie),用(yong)人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)對(dui)學(xue)曆(li)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)也(ye)越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)高(gao),隨(sui)著(zhe)經(jing)濟(ji)不(bu)斷(duan)下(xia)滑(hua),企(qi)業(ye)倒(dao)閉(bi)或(huo)麵(mian)臨(lin)裁(cai)員(yuan),市(shi)場(chang)崗(gang)位(wei)少(shao)了(le),越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)多(duo)用(yong)人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)開(kai)始(shi)把(ba)碩(shuo)士(shi)學(xue)曆(li)變(bian)為(wei)優(you)先(xian)招(zhao)聘(pin)選(xuan)項(xiang)之(zhi)一(yi),對(dui)就(jiu)業(ye)者(zhe)學(xue)曆(li)要(yao)求(qiu)越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)高(gao),為(wei)了(le)找(zhao)一(yi)份(fen)滿(man)意(yi)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo),學(xue)生(sheng)不(bu)得(de)不(bu)選(xuan)擇(ze)深(shen)造(zao),以(yi)適(shi)應(ying)用(yong)人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)的(de)高(gao)要(yao)求(qiu)。
3.畢(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)逃(tao)避(bi)就(jiu)業(ye)。社(she)會(hui)發(fa)展(zhan)帶(dai)來(lai)的(de)全(quan)民(min)高(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)育(yu)和(he)社(she)會(hui)勞(lao)動(dong)力(li)市(shi)場(chang)對(dui)高(gao)學(xue)曆(li)人(ren)才(cai)的(de)消(xiao)化(hua)能(neng)力(li)不(bu)足(zu),兩(liang)個(ge)大(da)麵(mian)積(ji)現(xian)象(xiang)衝(chong)突(tu)之(zhi)下(xia),導(dao)致(zhi)了(le)畢(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)對(dui)於(yu)高(gao)動(dong)蕩(dang)的(de)不(bu)適(shi)應(ying),進(jin)而(er)選(xuan)擇(ze)就(jiu)地(di)躺(tang)平(ping),產(chan)生(sheng)緩(huan)就(jiu)業(ye)、慢就業心態。“慢就業”所(suo)消(xiao)耗(hao)的(de)時(shi)間(jian)如(ru)果(guo)不(bu)能(neng)合(he)理(li)利(li)用(yong),很(hen)可(ke)能(neng)會(hui)消(xiao)磨(mo)意(yi)誌(zhi),致(zhi)使(shi)學(xue)生(sheng)以(yi)後(hou)更(geng)加(jia)難(nan)以(yi)適(shi)應(ying)高(gao)壓(ya)的(de)職(zhi)場(chang)和(he)快(kuai)節(jie)奏(zou)的(de)社(she)會(hui)生(sheng)活(huo)。廣(guang)大(da)畢(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)麵(mian)對(dui)高(gao)壓(ya)的(de)就(jiu)業(ye)態(tai)勢(shi)始(shi)終(zhong)暗(an)示(shi)自(zi)己(ji)還(hai)有(you)時(shi)間(jian),不(bu)斷(duan)逃(tao)避(bi)就(jiu)業(ye)。
二、對高校畢業生就業難的應對措施
針對畢業生就業工作,學校應高度重視,增強學生使命感、緊jin迫po感gan,提ti高gao責ze任ren意yi識shi,保bao證zheng充chong分fen就jiu業ye,引yin導dao學xue生sheng積ji極ji就jiu業ye。總zong結jie積ji累lei就jiu業ye工gong作zuo中zhong的de典dian型xing案an例li,對dui學xue生sheng形xing成cheng示shi範fan引yin領ling作zuo用yong,增zeng強qiang創chuang新xin思si維wei,實shi現xian高gao質zhi量liang就jiu業ye,增zeng強qiang服fu務wu與yu引yin導dao,提ti高gao精jing準zhun施shi策ce水shui平ping,克ke服fu困kun難nan,搶qiang抓zhua機ji遇yu,穩wen中zhong有you進jin,實shi現xian就jiu業ye目mu標biao。

2.提升畢業生自身能力。就業工作既要在畢業年級,也要“前置”到學生進校第一天,也要“同步”於四年的教育教學和人才培養全過程,還要在畢業以後進行“追蹤”。從cong社she會hui角jiao度du來lai看kan,增zeng強qiang人ren才cai和he產chan業ye的de匹pi配pei,是shi長chang遠yuan的de趨qu勢shi,雙shuang軌gui製zhi教jiao育yu,產chan教jiao融rong合he等deng等deng。對dui個ge人ren來lai說shuo,要yao有you清qing醒xing的de認ren識shi,當dang下xia就jiu業ye難nan既ji有you周zhou期qi性xing的de原yuan因yin,也ye有you經jing濟ji轉zhuan型xing下xia結jie構gou性xing的de原yuan因yin,學xue校xiao應ying促cu進jin學xue生sheng端duan正zheng心xin態tai,認ren真zhen學xue習xi,增zeng強qiang知zhi識shi儲chu備bei,勇yong於yu實shi踐jian,鍛duan煉lian自zi己ji,在zai實shi踐jian中zhong磨mo礪li自zi己ji,不bu斷duan成cheng長chang,積ji極ji適shi應ying社she會hui發fa展zhan變bian化hua。
3.調整畢業生就業心態。學校應引導畢業生積極調整心態,明白從底層做起,從學習務實開始,才能真正“走入”社(she)會(hui)。在(zai)麵(mian)臨(lin)就(jiu)業(ye)壓(ya)力(li)與(yu)困(kun)難(nan)時(shi),要(yao)有(you)迎(ying)難(nan)而(er)上(shang)的(de)勇(yong)氣(qi)與(yu)克(ke)服(fu)困(kun)難(nan)的(de)決(jue)心(xin),始(shi)終(zhong)秉(bing)持(chi)著(zhe)不(bu)放(fang)棄(qi)態(tai)度(du),方(fang)能(neng)在(zai)茫(mang)茫(mang)人(ren)海(hai)的(de)就(jiu)業(ye)大(da)軍(jun)之(zhi)中(zhong)脫(tuo)穎(ying)而(er)出(chu)。學(xue)校(xiao)也(ye)要(yao)準(zhun)確(que)把(ba)握(wo)學(xue)生(sheng)成(cheng)長(chang)規(gui)律(lv),關(guan)照(zhao)學(xue)生(sheng)、圍繞學生、服fu務wu學xue生sheng,根gen據ju學xue生sheng成cheng長chang需xu要yao在zai就jiu業ye過guo程cheng中zhong重zhong視shi思si想xiang引yin導dao,推tui進jin成cheng長chang向xiang導dao,加jia強qiang學xue業ye輔fu導dao,注zhu重zhong心xin理li疏shu導dao,強qiang化hua實shi踐jian指zhi導dao。對dui於yu因yin家jia庭ting經jing濟ji困kun難nan、個人性格缺陷、求職經驗不足等原因出現就業困難的學生實行“一幫一”製度,長期聯係、定期輔導、切實解決實際就業困難。
4.加強就業工作隊伍建設。努力建設一支專業化的就業教育隊伍,打造一支情懷深、業務精、水平高的就業教育師資隊伍。各單位要堅持就業“一把手工程”,院長、書記要堅持對標對表、以yi上shang率lv下xia,帶dai動dong班ban子zi成cheng員yuan和he教jiao職zhi員yuan工gong深shen入ru了le解jie企qi業ye和he行xing業ye需xu求qiu,定ding期qi開kai展zhan用yong人ren單dan位wei大da走zou訪fang,全quan員yuan聯lian動dong促cu就jiu業ye,千qian方fang百bai計ji為wei學xue生sheng開kai拓tuo更geng多duo就jiu業ye創chuang業ye崗gang位wei和he機ji會hui。各ge學xue院yuan也ye要yao全quan麵mian落luo實shi學xue校xiao、學院、班級三級機製,抓好工作統籌,做到層層抓就業,層層促就業,有辦法、有成效。此外,要積極動員組織好各方麵力量。鼓勵導師、專業課教師、校友等用心、用情、用勁,形成“全員抓就業促就業”的良好格局。
